3 HoursTraditional Peruvian Cooking Class and Lunch

Dive into the secrets of Peruvian cooking while cooking delicious, traditional Peruvian dishes being taught by a professional chef, using all-natural ingredients.

This experience begins visiting a traditional market, where you’ll taste the wide diversity of Peruvian typical fruits such as pitahaya, pepino, chirimoya among others. After buying some fresh ingredients, enjoy a hands-on cooking class at a local restaurant, where you will learn step by step how to prepare “Causa rellena” and the dish flag of Peru, “Ceviche”. Here, the chef will be more than willing to share some fascinating insights about Peruvian cuisine and the secrets of the recipes that you can later replicate at home. End off by enjoying your finished creation along with a toast and a delicious Pisco Sour.
