Day 1

Day 1: First Steps into the Lares Valley

Private transfer to the trailhead in Huaran. Hike through quena forests along the Cancha Cancha River. Enjoy a gourmet lunch at Piedra Grande followed by a luxury glamping arrival.

The Peru & U Touch: Evening hot shower and essential-oil massage under the Andean stars.

Day 2

Pachacutec Pass & Glacial Lakes

A rewarding ascent past the turquoise waters of Szulcocha and Suerococha lakes. Reach the trek’s highest summit for 360° Andean views before descending to the Quiswarani community.

Distance: 14 km / Max Elevation: 4,690 m.

Day 3

Andean Passes & Restorative Hot Springs

Conquer the Huillquijassa Pass for a final farewell to the glacial peaks. Descend to the natural Lares hot springs for a restorative soak and a gourmet picnic lunch.

Day 4

The Iconic Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu

Board the scenic train to Km 104. Trek through lush cloud forests, visit the Chachabamba ruins, and reach the Sun Gate (Inti Punku) for your first breathtaking view of Machu Picchu.

The Arrival: Descend into the citadel at sunset before staying at a luxury hotel in Aguas Calientes.

Day 5

Machu Picchu Deep-Dive & Return
