Full DayLake Titicaca, Uros and Taquile

We’ll pick you up at your Puno accommodation and begin this full-day excursion with a drive to the Puno Lake Port where the adventure begins on board a speedboat. Firstly we will be heading towards Uros Island, which is made completely of reeds collected from the same Lake. Here, you’ll learn about the local’s ancestral and peculiar ways of living and see how tremendously skilled fishers and hunters are.

On the second part of the tour, we’ll move forward to Taquile, the second and enchanting island in Titikaka lake we’ll visit, whereby you will enjoy a delicious afternoon meal made by the cooperative of the island. You will later have the opportunity to be amazed by the skilled work of the local weavers, and after soaking in the wonderful views over the Lake, the day will be finishing as we take you back to your hotel.
