Itinerary

Half DayKayak Tour on Lake Titicaca - Uros Islands

Prepare for an off-the-beaten-track journey on Lake Titicaca! We’ll begin with a drive from your hotel to Isla Esteves Port, where you’ll get all the equipment, gear needed to go kayaking, and receive a security briefing and basic paddling instructions from Your certified kayak guide, who will also help you get on the kayak gear and flotation device properly.

As you paddle alone or with your partners you’ll see how the great Lake Titicaca opens and disappears into the distance. It’s even possible to spot the high Bolivian snow-capped mountains on the other side of the lake! During the trip, you’ll also admire all the biodiversity of the Lake: birds, flora and fauna, and the fascinating surrounding landscape.

You’ll continue on the water until you encounter some rocky islands before finally arriving at the beautiful islands of Uros, where the locals will welcome you to their home with a warm group greeting and show you the activities of the island before it’s time to return.
